A new seasonal series inspired by the Baltimore Album quilts from the mid 1800's...it's quilting with cross stitch!  This is the 1st of the series, Spring.  6 motifs that are fashioned after the antique quilt blocks make up this sweet piece.  It's worked over 1 thread on 28 count Lugana....it's tiny, about the size of my hand!  You can also take individual motifs and stitch up smaller pinkeeps or ornaments.  Stitch count - 120 wide & 162.  Watch for the Autumn and Winter of this series!

A fun to stitch Mother Peep dressed in her Sunday-best who is busy tending and keeping track of her little ones.  The design is worked on 40 count Espresso linen and then sweetly finished upon an oval mache box.  I chose to tuck a birds next and tiny eggs in the base and prop the lid for a great Easter-themed display.  Stitch count - 54 wide X 81 high

A new cast of characters from WTN&T, please meet Ole & Ora!  You will introduce this set of characters in future releases, doing various farm chores and seasonal happenings & holidays.  The first off is, Have Ye Any Wool?....it's spring time and with that comes the shearing of their flock of sheep.  This series will all be small in nature and will be a growing collection that can be grouped and displayed together.  Design is worked on 36 count Confederate Gray linen over 2 threads.  Stitch count - 80 wide X 61 high.  Finished size - 4 3/8" x 3 3/8".
