The antique sewing bird clamps common in the early 18th century was the inspiration for this piece.  A primitive shaped heart has a sewing bird clamp, tiny scissors, strawberry plants and star motifs stitched upon it.  Piece is sewn and then stuffed and placed upon an antique sewing machine oil can for added charm.  A strawberry emery and old pins make this piece extra special  Design is worked on 28 count Flax Cashel linen over 1 thread.
