Order by mail using the Printable Order Form(click on button below). Please include current shipping charges. See shipping chart below. Iowa residents also need to add 5% sales tax. If paying by check, please allow time for the check to clear. You may also use Master Card or Visa. Please provide your complete billing address, credit card number, expiration date, along with the name that appears on the credit card.

 INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
 Yes we can ship international orders!  PRIORITY MAIL IS THE ONLY SHIPPING OPTION THAT WE USE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.   Shipping will be figured once order is packaged and weighed and a PayPal money request will be sent to you for the additional shipping charges due.  COUNTRY STITCHES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.   IMPORTANT - please note there may be customs charges on your receiving end.  We are honest in filling out customs forms.  We are being paid for goods shipped and therefore do not list items ordered as "gift" on the customs form.  Thanks for understanding, these are federal forms and we choose to be honest in filling these out!

BECAUSE OF FEDERAL COPYRIGHT LAWS, ALL PATTERNS & BOOKS ARE NON-RETURNABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS...order carefully!  Non-pattern type items may be returned within 10 days of receipt of order.  Returns must have prior approval from Country Stitches.   Shipping on returned items will only be refunded if items are damaged.  Shipping costs will not be refunded on undamaged goods, customer pays this.

 

Please allow 7 - 10 days for processing & mailing time of domestic orders.  During exceptionally busy times (September - December) orders can take additional time for processing, due to higher volume of orders.   If paying via echeck, please allow an additional 4 - 5 days for the clearing of the echeck. If items are out of stock it may take somewhat longer.  International orders, please allow more time.
