HOW TO ORDER

Please note - Country Stitches only ships to USA addresses. We do not offer international shipping.

Please be assured that our website is safe and secure. PayPal is the processing company that we use for our online shopping cart, which is the safest way to shop on the internet.

REMEMBER, we do not have access to your credit card numbers or information. When you click PAY, you are paying us...we do not run your credit card. The funds will be charged to your account at that time.

BY MAIL

Order by mail using the Printable Order Form(click on button below). Please include current shipping charges. See shipping chart below. Iowa residents also need to add 7% sales tax. If paying by check, please allow time for the check to clear. You may also use Master Card or Visa. Please provide your complete billing address, credit card number, expiration date, along with the name that appears on the credit card.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHART: (our minimum shipping charge is $3.75)

Up to $15.00 add 3.75 (First Class Mail)

$15.01 to $50.00 add $9.50* (Priority Mail, Insured, w/ tracking)

$50.01 to $75.00 add $10.50* (Priority Mail, Insured, w/tracking)

$75.01 and over add $12.00* (Priority Mail, Insured, w/tracking)

*Note these rates are sent via Priority Mail which includes tracking and $50.00 insurance.

COUNTRY STITCHES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES WITH TRACKING FROM THE USPS THAT STATES THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED. ONCE THE ORDER LEAVES OUR HANDS WE ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR MAIL ONCE TRACKING STATES IT WAS DELIVERED.

BECAUSE OF FEDERAL COPYRIGHT LAWS, ALL PATTERNS & BOOKS ARE NON-RETURNABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS...order carefully! Non-pattern type items may be returned within 10 days of receipt of order. Returns must have prior approval from Country Stitches. Shipping on returned items will only be refunded if items are damaged. Shipping costs will not be refunded on undamaged goods, customer pays this.

Country Stitches does not offer epatterns of any type.

Please allow up to 14 days for processing & mailing time of domestic orders. During exceptionally busy times (September - December) orders can take additional time for processing, due to higher volume of orders.

If paying via echeck, please allow an additional 4 - 5 days for the clearing of the echeck. If items are out of stock it may take somewhat longer. International orders, please allow more time.
